The homeowner desired a large living area that was near to the outdoors while also providing privacy and seclusion for day-to-day activities. The design team then decided on an open-concept plan for the home. Every room in this arrangement can have its doors opened as much as possible to enjoy views of the garden and trees that shade the intense Saigon heat.

We were invited to design a 7-story office building that responds to the demand for high-density private offices with elegance while keeping the majority of its current features. This is a challenge for us to create an interior design in today's commercial market because it is easy to fall into a classical design with raw brick and concrete throughout the existing space when we arrive.
